The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) is providing this video to help you prepare for your hearing. It may be especially helpful if you decide to represent yourself instead of hiring an attorney. It is not a substitute for having an attorney represent your interests. It is merely a guide to assist you through the process and to familiarize you with what typically occurs during an administrative hearing.
